Rebuilding Class

Every March we hold a Little Giant rebuilding seminar at our shop in Nebraska City. A hands-on format, the class begins on a Friday morning and the 25 LB Little Giant is typically completely rebuilt by Saturday evening. We do schedule the class until noon on Sunday, in case we encounter any unexpected problems or have more individual questions to answer.

The cost of the class is $95, with a total of 25 students. We do suggest early registration due to limits on the class size.

Repairs for all components are performed or described during the class (there are a couple of things that require machining, so those are pre-done due to time limitations). Repouring the babbitt bearings, restoring all pins to an unsloppy state, proper spring and die clearance adjustment, and adjustment of the bearings and ram guide system (both old and new style) are covered.
